About The Event

The extended characterization of small molecule drugs and biologics is an essential component in the development of new pharmaceutical products, serving to provide a backstop for product quality questions arising from minor processing defects. This complimentary in-person workshop focuses on technologies utilized in the development of the extended characterization profile during the research and development of small molecule drugs and biologics. Key topics will include thermal & colloidal stability of protein and vector therapeutics, small molecule particle stability and polymorph testing, and binding affinity measurements. This workshop will be particularly relevant for scientists involved in the general characterization of small molecule drugs and biologics.
