About The Event
(This is a virtual course, starting from 9.30am - 12.30pm over 2 days) This course is dedicated to the preparation of fusion for XRF and ICP analysis. Throughout the course, we will address the concept of fusion and the theory behind the development of fusion methods. The importance of the weighing step, the use and care of platinunware will also be discussion. Q & A sessions, resolution of common problems in fusion as well as the study of some real cases will also be covered in detail. This training aims to provide individuals using or planning to use any kind of fusion instrument with basic knowledge and skills to be successful in preparing fused beads and ICP solutions.
