We are still welcoming poster submissions on a rolling basis until capacity is reached.

Submission Process

To take part, please ensure you follow the process below:

1. Submit your poster for review: 

Submit your poster as a PDF via email to  events@malvernpanalytical.com, including the following details:
Name of the presenting author
Poster title
Brief abstract
Full list of authors

Please use the following email subject title for your submission: UK Pharma Conference Poster Submission

All submissions must be relevant to small‑molecule drug development, solid‑state analysis, particle engineering, analytical workflows, or associated materials science topics.

We’ll confirm acceptance after review.

2. Bring your printed poster on the day

All presenters must bring a printed A0 poster, portrait orientation.

Poster boards will be available at the venue. 

There are no on‑site printing facilities.

3. Digital poster archive

After the conference, we’ll make all accepted posters available as a digital download for attendees.

If you prefer not to have your poster included, simply let us know when you submit.
